Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to call warm leads who have already interacted us. Your main tasks are: 1- Re-engaging older leads inside our CRM 2- Rapidly responding to new inbound leads within 5–10 minutes of entry. You will confirm appointments, ask a few qualification questions, leave clear notes, and book prospects back onto the calendar with a team member. This role requires excellent spoken Spanish and fluent English, high responsiveness, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle approximately 100 dials per day. You are not selling or closing; your mission is to restart conversations and drive show-up rates for the closers. Hourly payment plus performance bonuses available.
