Job Description
We are looking for a high-impact Sales Director to lead Symend’s commercial growth across the North American Financial Institutions, Telecommunications, and Utilities markets. In this role, you will own the strategy and execution for winning new enterprise business while also supporting and expanding relationships within our existing customer base.
You will drive the full sales lifecycle—from territory planning and pipeline creation to solution development, deal strategy, closing, and executive-level engagement. This is a senior selling role requiring strong analytical skills, consultative storytelling, and the ability to position complex technology solutions with Director, VP, and C‑Suite stakeholders.
You’ll work closely with Client Success, Solutions Engineering, Product, Architecture, and Growth leadership to shape the market, influence decision-makers, and accelerate Symend’s expansion across North America.
