Role Overview:

The Sales Director for Philippines is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and leading the sales strategy across Philippines. This role requires a strong commercial leader with experience in enterprise sales, channel development, and team management within the technology or cybersecurity industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the Philippines sales strategy aligned with global and APAC objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Account Executives, Channel Managers, and Sales Engineers.
  • Manage key enterprise accounts and strategic partners to drive sustainable revenue growth.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within both direct and indirect channels.
