Job Description

Reporting to the General Manager, your key responsibilities are outlined below:

  • Strategy & Leadership: Define, lead & execute the overall commercial sales strategy in line with corporate growth and profitability objectives in Egypt
  • Drive revenue & market share expansion across all business segments, while overseeing strategic partnerships
  • Sales & Market Development: Effective communication with major contractors, developers, consultants and strategic distributors
  • Develop and optimize route-to-market and pricing strategies to stay ahead of competitors in the Egypt landscape
  • Commercial Operations & Performance: Establish and monitor KPI's, dashboards, and performance reviews to drive accountability
  • Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, CRM utilization
  • The Successful Applicant

    Minimum 15 years of proven track record as a Sales Director preferably from a Multinational Construction & building materials manufacturer in Egypt is required
    Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration
    Strong strategic mindset with a hands-on and result oriented approach
    Excellent technical knowledge of Construction Building materials is highly preferred
    Ability to effectively collaborate with Sales, Operations and Supply chain teams, including logistics
    Excellent fluency in Arabic & English is mandatory.
