This is a senior leadership role within a dynamic, expanding organisation at the forefront of Ibiza's prime property market. The successful candidate will bring strong people leadership, strategic vision, and a proven background in luxury real estate sales.
Key Requirements
5+ years' experience in the real estate sector (luxury preferred)
3+ years' experience managing a sales team (highly beneficial)
Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
In-depth knowledge of the luxury real estate market
Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
