Key Responsibilities:
To Provide leadership to the day-to-day operation of the Sales and After-Sales department, including training, supervising and supporting the direct reports Review strategy by country: pricing, margins, distribution, sales and marketing. Accountable for the plan in numbers and dollar value, gross margins on territories assigned. Built and maintain good working relationship with key customers and dealers. Review Sales Contracts & Purchase Order (PO) Communicate and liaise within relevant functions to ensure timely resolution of any issue and strategic support to dealer and customers. Work closely with Marketing to develop plans for new products market penetration in targeted countries within the Asia Pacific Region. Working with RSM to ensure timely completion of distributor annual business plan and dealership developments plan are carried out. Reporting on a monthly basis in detailed and complete format. Review Sales Inventory Operations Planning (SIOP) with distributors
