Job Title: Sales Director – Industrial Solutions (Solid-State RF)
Role Purpose
We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Sales Director to lead our Industrial Solutions push. You will be responsible for driving the global transition from legacy vacuum-tube RF systems to advanced, high-efficiency Solid-State RF (SSRF) architectures. This role is not just about selling components; it is about delivering disruptive industrial energy solutions that offer precise control, higher reliability, and lower total cost of ownership (TCO).
1. Market Segmentation & Strategic Focus
You will identify and prioritize opportunities across the broader RF landscape (Telecom, Defense, Medical, etc.), but your primary focus will be on the Top 2 High-Growth Industrial Segments:
- Applications: Industrial Welding & Drying: Targeting food processing (cooking, baking, thawing, defrosting), textiles, and wood drying and more where uniform energy distribution is critical.
