Overview:
Powerland, a Xerox Business Solutions Company, is seek a Sales Director to lead our IT Services division in Eastern Canada. The Sales Director will lead and grow the IT Services sales function, managing a high-performing team, cultivating strategic client and vendor relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a proven sales leader with deep expertise in IT solutions and a passion for team development and market expansion.
Key Objectives:
•Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and expansion of existing accounts.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key vendors and partners.
• Ensure team compliance with company policies, CRM usage, and certification requirements.
• Support and execute go-to-market strategies and lead generation initiatives.
