Job Description
The main responsibilities are:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in Latin America.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve regional targets.
- Monitor market trends and provide insights to improve competitiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with regional regulations and company policies.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
A successful Sales Director for Latin America should have:
- A proven track record in sales within compressed air industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Familiarity with the Latin American market and its dynamics.
- Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
- A degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.
