Job Description

Our client is a medical technology company that develops innovative devices and digital solutions to improve patient care and treatment outcomes. We are looking for a senior leader for the role of Sales Director – India with a full Business Head mandate. While the title is Sales Director, the role carries end-to-end ownership of the India business, including sales, marketing alignment, commercial operations, channel expansion, stakeholder management, and business performance.

Key Accountabilities

  • Deliver Pan-India revenue, market share growth, and P&L outcomes
  • Set and execute national sales and commercial strategy across channels
  • Build and lead a strong regional leadership bench and performance culture
