Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Director to lead our commercial growth in Chile and South America . Located in Chile, you will drive regional sales strategy, develop key customer relationships, and drive adoption of our Telecom and HLS solutions across telecom operators, enterprises, and government sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end sales activities and deliver on regional booking targets.
  • Build and grow strategic relationships with operators, enterprises, and key partners.
  • Identify new opportunities and expand our market presence in Chile and in South America.
  • Manage channel partners and drive joint sales initiatives.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of telecom or HLS sales experience in LATAM (Chile preferred).
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
