Job Description

Our Vancouver-based client is seeking a Sales Director to drive net-new logo acquisition and revenue growth. This is a hands-on sales role, not a people-management position. The successful candidate will focus primarily on hunting, opening, and closing new accounts within industrial and municipal environments.

This role is approximately 90% direct sales / revenue generation and 10% team contribution, with the opportunity to evolve into a leadership role as the company scales.


Key Responsibilities



  • Own the full sales cycle for new customer acquisition, from prospecting to close
  • Drive revenue growth by selling industrial software platform into complex operational environments
  • Engage and influence technical and commercial decision-makers, including:

    • Plant Managers
    • Contract Operators
    • Procurement Managers
    • Technical and Digital Teams
    • Commercial and Partnership Teams
