A Düsseldorf based logistics company is currently recruiting a Sales /Buyer Assistant.

In this role, you will be working in a project (3-5 years) and mainly be responsible for parts procurement upon requests from clients.



The ideal candidate should have basic procurement Understanding of Japanese culture and some Japanese skill will be advantageous.

WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday 8:00-17:00

SALARY: €35-50k depending on experience

START: 1st August 2025 (TBD)

LOCATION: Düsseldorf, Germany



Sales /Buyer Assistant Main Responsibilities:

• Primary responsibility will be procurement of parts

• Liaise with suppliers to resolve order discrepancies or issues

• Shipping parts from Germany to Japan upon procurement requests from clients

• Support logistics team if necessary



Sales /Buyer Assistant Ideal Candidate:

• Basic understanding of procurement process

• Business level fluency in English and German (need to be able to communicate in German with suppliers)

• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills

• Understanding of Japanese culture and some Japanese skill will be advantageous
