Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Sales Effectiveness Manager to lead commercial operations across our distributor markets in CEE, North Africa, and the Middle East. In this international role, you will be responsible for empowering distributor sales teams through impactful Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) initiatives, training programs, and performance optimization strategies. Your mission will be to enhance sales capabilities, drive business growth, and ensure alignment with our global commercial strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Initiatives
    Develop and implement SFE strategies in collaboration with distributors, focusing on CRM utilization, customer segmentation, targeting, and incentive compensation structures.
    Ensure alignment with global commercial operations to maintain consistency and synergy across markets.
  • Design and Deliver Sales Training Programs
    Create and execute comprehensive training programs for distributor sales teams, covering customer relationship management, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
    Equip teams with the tools and skills needed to maximize performance and achieve commercial objectives.
  • Plan Sales Incentive Programs
    Design and manage sales incentive schemes that motivate and reward high performance across distributor markets.
  • Segmentation and Targeting Strategy
    Lead the planning and implementation of customer segmentation and targeting strategies to optimize market coverage and resource allocation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across marketing, finance, and operations to ensure cohesive execution of commercial strategies.
  • Data-Driven Insights
    Provide actionable analysis and ready-to-use data sets to support decision-making and identify growth opportunities.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in developing and leading Sales Force Effectiveness initiatives in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record in implementing sales training programs and SFE processes.
  • Experience in planning sales incentive programs and customer segmentation strategies.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across diverse cultures and geographies.
