in brief

While your laptop starts up, the phone rings. A (potential) customer is on the line, looking for a company that can help them label their products. After discussing their requests and requirements, you show them the various options that the Optimum Group™ can offer. The discussion ends in a request for a quote, which you process directly in the customer system. Throughout the process, you communicate with various internal departments to make sure that all your colleagues are informed. Then you update the administration and send current product information to the existing customers. A customer representative comes and asks you for specific information about a customer and an overview of prices, which you can quickly provide. At the same time, you get another contract, which you process so that your colleagues can get right to work.
