The Sales Enablement Coach is a pivotal role designed to elevate our sales team's effectiveness through strategic coaching and data-driven insights. This role is tasked with integrating advanced coaching methodologies within the Operations division, targeting performance enhancements and the adoption of the Serve Solve Sale methodology. By working closely with Operations leaders and the Sr. Sales Enablement Manager, the Sales Enablement Coach will lead initiatives to bridge performance gaps, ensuring alignment with the company's values and strategic sales objectives.
