Job Description
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Enablement Coordinator to support our growing sales team. In this role, you'll act as the operational backbone—managing inbound lead flow, organizing sales documentation, and supporting Sales Development Reps (BDRs) and Account Executives (AEs) with everything they need to move deals forward.

Key Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives, aiming for a 70%+ conversion rate from qualified leads to meetings.
- Maintain CRM data hygiene by updating lead and deal records, documenting activities, and ensuring data consistency.
- Prepare discovery call notes and help AEs stay organized throughout the sales cycle.
