Job Description
The Sales Enablement team at HighRadius is focused on empowering the Sales organization that sells B2B industry-leading solutions to the office of the CFO globally. Our team exists to support and drive sales performance for the growth of our company. As a member of the Sales Enablement, you will be responsible for supporting the Global Sales organization through Enablement initiatives and managing programs designed to improve performance, reinforce sales initiatives and accelerate growth. You will play a critical role in working closely with CXOs internally to plan and execute enablement sessions, and monitor the efficiency of new programs for further improvement.
