Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Enablement Manager to design, lead, and scale our outbound lead generation engine in support of the Sales function. This roleis responsible forbuilding and owning structured outbound processes across LinkedIn outreach, account-based email campaigns, prospect qualification, and nurturing systems to consistently generate Sales-ready conversations.
This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for a candidate with strong B2B SaaS or B2B outbound experience, proven success working with US-based sales teams, and the ability to coach and lead junior enablement or outreach professionals. The role is fully remote and requires availability during US time zones.
