Overview

The Sales Enablement Partner for Onboarding and SDR teams is crucial in supporting Tipalti's customer-facing teams to drive long-term growth and customer satisfaction. This role is responsible for ensuring the successful ramp-up of new Go-To-Market (GTM) hires while also delivering continuous learning programs for our SDR organization.

You are results-driven, focusing on building relationships, solving problems, and creating solutions that empower GTM teams to succeed. You thrive developing, organizing, and delivering training content in various formats, including virtual, eLearning, and in-person sessions.
