**Key Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in industrial sales, specifically engaging with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).
- Strong expertise in linear motion control, robotics, motors, PLCs, actuators, hydraulics, pneumatics, and ball screws.
- Capability to identify market trends, competitive dynamics, and unique regional opportunities.
- Skilled in developing and executing strategic business plans to maximize sales initiatives.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with a focus on trust and effective communication.
- Experience in lead generation, attending trade shows, and staying updated with market segment information.
- Proficient in managing customer orders, addressing inquiries, and providing detailed product knowledge.
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Engineering.
