Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering,

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales

- Strong knowledge of mechanical engines and transformers.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities

- Maintain and grow existing customer

relationships by providing exceptional service and support

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals and profitability

- Provide technical consultation and support to clients to identify the best solutions for their needs

- Prepare and deliver technical presentations

explaining products and services to customers and prospective client

- Work closely with the engineering team to

ensure products meet customer specifications

and standards

- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or

exceed sales targets

- Regularly follow up with customers to ensure

satisfaction and resolve any issues that arise

- Keep track of market trends, competitor

activities, and industry developments to

maintain a competitive edge

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities,

customer interactions, and project progress

- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to

management



Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal

skills to build and maintain client relationships

- Ability to understand customer needs and

provide tailored solutions

- Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure

sales agreements.

- Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability

to work independently and as part of a team.
