Sales Engineer

Overview

Sphere Pay is looking for a full-time Sales Engineer based in Miami or Brazil. The role acts as the bridge between the sales/GTM team and the product organization, ensuring customers can successfully integrate and leverage our API-first payment infrastructure. Your work directly supports customers' ability to move money with Sphere Pay and will impact customer success and product evolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Discovery & Solution Design: Partner with the Head of BD on discovery calls to gather customer technical requirements. Assess requirements against our current capabilities, architect tailored solutions, and clearly communicate any gaps to our product team. Translate complex customer needs into actionable product feedback.
