  • Receives inquiries from customers via phone calls, emails or fax for price quotations or product verifications, purchase orders, government bids, and changes or cancellations directly from customers.
  • Responds immediately to customer inquiries or information needs and provides positive, courteous services to customers; answers questions regarding product lines, prices, delivery led time, warranty period, customer services and credit arrangement. Use Request for Information form for the inquiries.
  • Submit quotation to customers and follow-up, if necessary.
  • Conducts product orientation.
  • Sends product literature, drawings and specifications, references and other data to customer as required.
