Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer located in Faridabad. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for offering technical support, providing product knowledge to clients, identifying customer needs, and offering tailored solutions. Key responsibilities include preparing and delivering technical presentations, managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Engineering and Technical Support to effectively address customer needs.
- Strong skills in Sales and Customer Service to build and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent Communication abilities for conveying technical information clearly and persuasively.
- Proficiency in problem-solving and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Familiarity with storage systems or agricultural equipment is an advantage.
- Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and adaptability to dynamic requirements.
