Understand and articulate the technical aspects of products or services to prospective clients. Provide technical solutions that align with client needsCollaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs, present tailored solutions, and demonstrate the value of the product or serviceConduct in-depth product demonstrations, highlighting features, functionality, and benefits to both technical and non-technical audiencesDevelop and deliver detailed technical proposals and documentation to support the sales processWork with engineering, marketing, and product development teams to refine offerings and provide feedback based on client interactionsAssist clients with technical questions, troubleshooting, and implementation planning. The Sales Engineer must possess the following:
