Mail:- [email protected] Sales Executive drives revenue by finding new clients, nurturing existing relationships, presenting products/services, negotiating deals, and closing sales, acting as the key link between a company and its customers to meet profit goals through effective strategy, communication, and relationship management, often using CRM software and attending industry events. Key Responsibilities: Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through research, networking, cold calling, and events. Client Engagement: Contact clients via phone, email, or in-person meetings, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. Product Demonstration: Present and explain products or services, demonstrating value to prospective clients. Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to secure sales and maximize profits. Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, handle queries, and identify upselling opportunities. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets and expand the customer base. Reporting: Track sales activities, manage CRM databases, and report on performance. Essential Skills: Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills Negotiation & Persuasion Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Market Research & Industry Knowledge Goal-Oriented & Target-Driven Typical Work Environment: Can be office-based (inside sales), field-based (client visits), or hybrid. Involves significant phone, email, and video communication. Qualifications: Often requires a bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Prior sales or marketing experience is highly beneficial.
