Job Description
Prepare and give pre-sales technical assistance and after sales support to customers
Communicate with the team to understand customer demands and offer sales support where necessary
Secure orders, ensure product standards and timely fulfilment of orders
Establish customer rapport and acceptance
Help customer to solve problems with product usage
Recommend new and improved products to customers and explain how product will be more cost effective
Generate Sales leads, cold call, follow up with customer enquiries
Develop new customer and potential customer
