We are looking for a Sales Engineer who can bridge the gap between technical solutions and client requirements. The role involves site visits, system design, client interaction, and coordination with internal teams to deliver automation solutions for homes, hotels, and villas.
Key Responsibilities
Understand client requirements for home & hotel automation
Conduct site surveys and study electrical / architectural layouts
Design and propose automation solutions (lighting, AC, curtains, GRMS, sensors, etc.)
Prepare BOQs, technical proposals, and system configurations
Coordinate with projects, design, and production teams
Assist in pre-sales and post-sales technical support
Attend client meetings, presentations, and demos
Support installation teams during execution if required
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical
Degree/Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Automation / Instrumentation
Understanding of:
Lighting & fan control
AC & thermostat integration
Sensors (occupancy, door, motion)
GRMS / hotel automation (preferred)
Ability to read electrical drawings & layouts
Sales & Communication
Strong communication & presentation skills
Client-facing confidence
Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
Preferred Experience
Experience in home automation, hotel automation, BMS, ELV systems
Knowledge of smart switches, controllers, relays, sensors
Experience working with architects, consultants, and hotel operators
