Role Overview

We are hiring a Field Sales Engineer for extensive plant & site visits. This is a field-intensive, execution-driven role, not a desk job.

Responsibilities

• Regular industrial plant & site visits

• Meetings with maintenance, purchase & project teams

• Identifying requirements & coordinating site measurements

• Enquiry generation & follow-ups

• Daily visit reporting & coordination with internal teams

Requirements

• Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering (preferred)

• 1–4 years experience in industrial / mechanical field sales

• Willingness to travel extensively

• Disciplined with reporting & follow-ups

• Own bike/car preferred

Compensation

₹22,000 – ₹30,000 per month + TA + performance incentives
