Job Description
Technical Sales Support: Partner with the sales team to deliver compelling product demonstrations and address complex technical inquiries from prospective clients.
Solution Design: Gain a deep understanding of customer pain points and business requirements to design and propose optimal technical solutions leveraging our product suite.
Voice of the Customer: Act as a strategic liaison between customers and our R&D/Product teams, translating customer feedback into actionable product requirements to drive feature implementation.
Training & Documentation: Provide technical training and consultation for customers and partners during the pre-sales and implementation phases; draft high-quality technical documentation, integration guides, and training materials.
