Sales Engineer (Lifts/ Elevators)

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients.
• Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to support sales strategy.
• Prepare and deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and tailored proposals.
• Conduct site visits and meetings to assess project requirements and provide expert recommendations.
• Support customers with post-sale inquiries, troubleshooting, and technical assistance.
• Prepare estimates, quotations, and participate in negotiations and order finalization.
• Provide sales support including preparing quotations and processing orders.
• Handle client inquiries and maintain communication records.
• Maintain organized records of sales contracts, agreements, and correspondence.
• Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and industry regulations (including compliance statements).
