Job Description
- Setting and achieving sales goals and quotas.
- Generating high-quality sales leads
- Meeting up or visiting clients to present the company, solutions, and services
- Managing and assessing clients met and unmet needs or requirements
- Preparing technical and financial proposals and documents ensuring completeness, comprehensiveness, and compliance
- Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders
- Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations
- Presenting solutions that address client’s requirements
- Following up with clients and maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards
- Helping customers who have problems with installed products/solutions and recommending improved or upgraded devices or systems
- Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.
- Reporting to Managing Director
