Job Description

  • Setting and achieving sales goals and quotas.
  • Generating high-quality sales leads
  • Meeting up or visiting clients to present the company, solutions, and services
  • Managing and assessing clients met and unmet needs or requirements
  • Preparing technical and financial proposals and documents ensuring completeness, comprehensiveness, and compliance
  • Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders
  • Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations
  • Presenting solutions that address client’s requirements
  • Following up with clients and maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards
  • Helping customers who have problems with installed products/solutions and recommending improved or upgraded devices or systems
  • Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.
