JOB SUMMARY
The Sales Engineer is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s wires and cables within assigned areas or sectors, ensuring sales targets are met, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Sales and Promotion
• Promotes and sells the company's products to customers in the assigned area, achieving the target sales quota within the prescribed marginal income (MI).
• Coordinates with the plant and logistics to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Engages in active relationship-building with key industry influencers to strengthen brand loyalty and increase market penetration.
2. Strategy and Forecasting
• Collaborates with the Sales Manager/Supervisor to prepare and implement sales strategies and budgets.
• Prepares and submits monthly sales and collection forecasts.
