Designation- Sales Engineer

Work Location- Nashik

Experience- 4-6 years

Products- Rittal, Enclosure Systems, Cooling Units, MCC, Capacitors, Connectors, Power Supplies


Skill Set:

  • Consultative selling approach
  • Product demonstration & technical presentations
  • Opportunity identification & pipeline management
  • Negotiation and commercial closing skills
  • Strong customer relationship management
  • Understanding of pricing, margins
  • Coordination with internal teams (design, supply chain, service, finance)
  • Documentation & reporting
  • Pre-sales and post-sales support
  • Proposal & quotation preparation


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Ensure healthy order booking and revenue realization.
  • Identify and convert new customers, projects, and opportunities.
  • Expand business in assigned territories/segments.
  • Manage and grow business from existing key accounts.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and upsell/cross-sell.
  • Maintain partner /vendor team relationship, Collaborative working
  • Submit weekly/monthly reports on time.
  • Follow internal processes, CRM updates, and documentation norms.
