About this Position
The role is responsible for driving sales and business development for Adhesives across Tapes and Labels in the North & East India region. The position will be based out of the Gurgaon (NCR) office and will require extensive travel across the assigned geography.What you´ll do
- Candidate will be responsible for
managing sales & business development for Adhesives in
Tapes, Labels, Graphics, Medical segments covering North & East India
accounts positioned at Gurgaon NCR Office traveling extensively to cover
the Geography. - Prospecting for new business opportunities while managing
existing customer base of Direct Accounts & Distributors. - Drives sales development and growth. Executes
local sales plans for assigned accounts in line with SBU
strategy to maintain and develop existing / acquire new customers.
Maintain control on the payment recovery as Complete Sales Cycle. - Work through the sales process to identify, quantify
and justify the appropriate value proposition for the individual customer
matching their needs with our capabilities to provide a solution. - Works closely with Henkel cross functional teams to provide the
best customer experience. Application Engineering, Customer Service,
Demand Planning, Supply Planning. OTC etc… - Executes customer roadmap and manages / closes respective CRM
tool. - Supports transactional processes to ensure compliance with
corporate standards, e.g. price and contract management in the system. - Provides input to Manager on customer needs, business trends,
competitive situations in territory. - Coordinates with TCS to conduct line trials / resolve customer
requests and complaints.
What makes you a good fit
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Sales & business development
/ Marketing from reputed Institute. - Candidate with bachelor's degree in engineering, Science + MBA is preferred.
- Can also look for candidate from Technical
Services Engineers / Process engineers / Product Managers
with sales / commercial acumen. - Looking for candidate from segments like Adhesives / Chemicals
/ Printing / Paper Converting / Inks / Coatings / Tapes / Labels / And
other Related Industries etc. - Candidate with experience into Direct Industrial Sales,
Key account management, Distributor Management, share strong interpersonal
relationship.
