Job Description
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Materials Science, or related field (or equivalent experience
Competency: Fluent in both spoken and written English, Full knowledge of MS Word, Excel and power point presentations.
Minimum Experience Required: 3 to 5 years’ similar experience in Oil and Gas industry particular in NDT Services.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned territory/accountsDevelop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leadsConduct needs analysis with prospective and existing clientsPrepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotationsNegotiate contracts and close sales agreementsAchieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goalsBuild and nurture long-term client relationships Technical Expertise
Provide technical guidance on NDT methods (UT, RT, PT, MT, ET, VT, Assess client inspection requirements and recommend appropriate NDT solutionsExplain technical specifications, capabilities, and limitations of NDT servicesSupport pre-sales technical discussions and site assessmentsStay current with NDT standards, regulations, and industry best practices Market & Industry Knowledge
Monitor competitor activities and market trendsResearch target industries and potential client segmentsMaintain awareness of regulatory changes affecting NDT servicesContribute to marketing and business development strategies Documentation & Reporting
