What You'll Do:

As part of the South Korea Technical Solutions team, you will play a critical role in helping new customers successfully adopt Criteo. Your main focus will be driving new business onboarding, from pre-sales (when relevant) through technical go-live, working alongside Technical Solution Engineers who will own the ongoing customer relationship post-launch.

Your mission is to assess each client’s technical environment, define the optimal integration path, and guide them through a smooth and timely onboarding. You will collaborate closely with Sales during the prospecting and commitment stages, ensuring a seamless handover into integration and activation.

  • Own and manage the onboarding process for all new customers, from commitment to product activation.
