What You'll Do:
As part of the South Korea Technical Solutions team, you will play a critical role in helping new customers successfully adopt Criteo. Your main focus will be driving new business onboarding, from pre-sales (when relevant) through technical go-live, working alongside Technical Solution Engineers who will own the ongoing customer relationship post-launch.
Your mission is to assess each client’s technical environment, define the optimal integration path, and guide them through a smooth and timely onboarding. You will collaborate closely with Sales during the prospecting and commitment stages, ensuring a seamless handover into integration and activation.
Own and manage the onboarding process for all new customers, from commitment to product activation.
Plan the integration strategy to minimize onboarding duration while maintaining high implementation quality.
