Sales Engineer

We are seeking a dynamic, tech-savvy Sales Engineer to join our growing team. In this role,<br />
you will identify and engage with software companies across South India, helping them<br />
integrate the WhatsApp API into their applications and business workflows. You will act as a<br />
bridge between our technical capabilities and customer requirements, ensuring they<br />
understand the value of our solutions and experience a smooth integration journey. The ideal<br />
candidate should demonstrate both technical aptitude and strong communication skills, along<br />
with a passion for enabling businesses to adopt modern messaging technologies.<br />

Key Responsibilities<br />
<br />
● Identify and approach software companies across South India to introduce and promote the client WhatsApp API solutions.<br />
<br />
<br />
● Understand each customer’s business requirements and explain technical concepts in a clear, user-friendly manner.<br />
<br />
<br />
● Guide clients throughout the WhatsApp API integration process while coordinating closely with the internal solution or sales team.<br />
<br />
<br />
● Conduct online and onsite demos, product walkthroughs, presentations, and technical<br />
<br />
● Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure seamless discussions for potential clients.

● Work toward meeting monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue<br />

● Travel across South India as needed for client visits and business development growth activities.<br />

Skills & Qualifications<br />
<br />
● Any engineering degree with a basic understanding of APIs, programming concepts,<br />
<br />
and software integration.<br />
<br />
<br />
● Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory).<br />
<br />
● Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales or a Technical role.<br />
<br />
● Strong understanding of customer needs with the ability to propose suitable,<br />
<br />
solution-oriented approaches.<br />
<br />
<br />
● Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.<br />

● Own 2-wheeler with a valid driving license.<br />
<br />
● Personal laptop for daily work.<br />
