Role Overview

The Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales of packaging machinery and

automation solutions by combining technical knowledge with consultative selling. The role

focuses on new business development, key account management, and delivering value-driven

solutions to industrial customers across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

 Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, market

mapping, and customer engagement.

 Manage and grow existing customer accounts to ensure repeat business and long-term

relationships.

 Understand customer production requirements and recommend suitable packaging

and automation solutions.

 Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals with clear value and ROI

justification.

 Conduct product presentations, machine demonstrations, and customer meetings.
