About the Role

  • Collaborates closely with the outside sales team to support project goals by developing, coordinating and implementing effective sales strategies for project bids and tenders, gathering pre- and post-tender feedback, and managing project follow-ups.
  • Maintains and monitors project plans and delivery schedules, and tracks progress against deadlines, ensuring alignment with project objectives and customer expectations.
  • Prepares and maintains essential project documentation and contributes to project tasks as needed to support timely and successful execution.
  • Coordinates and attends project meetings, providing administrative and logistical support, recording key actions, and ensuring follow-ups are completed.
  • Manages project take-offs, bid preparation, and quotations, ensuring accuracy and consistency in pricing and technical details.
