THE COMPANY:

THE ROLE:

  • Report to the Estimating Manager 
  • Prepare accurate sales estimates for tenders and contracts for medium-density projects
  • Obtain quotes and prices for variations
  • Prepare tender documentation for presentation to clients
  • Maintain quality checks of all documentation to ensure accuracy and clarity 
  • Liaising with several internal and external stakeholders

    • SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
  • Minimum of 3 years in a similar role preferred
  • Qualification in a relevant Building and Construction course would be an advantage
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Australian Building Standards, Council and Covenant requirements 
  • Proficient in DataBuild and MS Suite
  • Excellent interpersonal/communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Passion for delivering clear and concise communication to internal and external clients
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to work to deadlines
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • A GREAT attitude is a must!
