Position Overview

The Sales & Events Coordinator plays a key role in driving revenue through private events, group bookings, and celebrations at Nikki Beach Ibiza. This position is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of events, from initial inquiry to execution and post-event follow-up, ensuring exceptional service delivery, operational excellence, and memorable guest experiences aligned with the Nikki Beach brand.

Working closely with the Regional Sales & Events Manager and General Manager, the role requires strong coordination skills, commercial awareness, and a proactive, hands‑on approach in a fast‑paced luxury hospitality environment.
