Coach and develop the exclusive sales force team to improve performance.
Implement and monitor SOP compliance across all exclusive sales force activities.
Facilitate and support the sales force in achieving assigned objectives.
Develop and regularly update effective sales routes or sales journey plans (monthly/quarterly).
Measure and improve sales force productivity on a monthly basis.
Coordinate and optimize sales force deployment across assigned areas.
Develop and enhance front-end tools and sales data systems on a monthly basis.
Plan and execute sales training programs.
Collaborate closely with area sales teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
