  • Coach and develop the exclusive sales force team to improve performance.

  • Implement and monitor SOP compliance across all exclusive sales force activities.

  • Facilitate and support the sales force in achieving assigned objectives.

  • Develop and regularly update effective sales routes or sales journey plans (monthly/quarterly).

  • Measure and improve sales force productivity on a monthly basis.

  • Coordinate and optimize sales force deployment across assigned areas.

  • Develop and enhance front-end tools and sales data systems on a monthly basis.

  • Plan and execute sales training programs.

  • Collaborate closely with area sales teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
