Sales and Business Development:o Identify and pursue business opportunities in industrial and commercial real estate.o Engage with potential clients to understand their requirements and present tailored property or project solutions.o Close deals by negotiating terms and ensuring mutual satisfaction.o Meet and exceed sales targets on a regular basis.2. Market Research and Surveys:o Conduct detailed surveys across MIDC areas to identify market trends, opportunities, and potential leads.o Analyze and report data to support strategic decision-making.3. Client Relationship Management:o Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.o Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and concerns.4.
