Sales Executive – 3PL Experience (USA Market)

Salary: INR 5 LPA to 8 LPA + Incentives

SHIP2USA , a division of KTC Logistics Company LLC , is a specialized logistics provider facilitating container-load shipments from India to the USA . We partner with freight forwarders and manufacturers to streamline international supply chains. As we grow rapidly, we’re seeking high-energy sales professionals to help us scale further.
- Lead Generation: Actively identify and pursue new B2B business opportunities in the freight forwarding and 3PL sectors.
- Sales Presentations: Effectively communicate SHIP2USA’s value proposition to prospective clients and decision-makers.
- Field Sales: Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations to build trust and close deals.
- Sales Closure: Negotiate contracts and successfully convert leads into long-term customers.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience , preferably in logistics, freight forwarding, or 3PL with exposure to the USA market .
- Proven track record of lead generation , deal closure , and target achievement .
- Highly self-motivated , goal-oriented , and aggressive in sales approach.
- Excellent communication , presentation , and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage the complete sales cycle independently.
- Attractive Salary : INR 5 LPA to 8 LPA + Performance-Based Incentives
