About the Company

Our client a marketing agency in Calgary is searching for a sales executive to drive business growth. The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new customers.

About the Role

The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through effective sales strategies and relationship building.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
  • Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
  • Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in B2B sales, ideally within digital marketing, creative services, or advertising

Required Skills

  • Proven track record closing deals in the $5K–$50K+ range
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels: SEO, paid ads, email, content, influencer campaigns
  • Skilled in CRM tools like HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and storytelling abilities
  • Comfortable with in-person meetings and virtual outreach
  • Existing Calgary business network is a strong asset
  • Entrepreneurial mindset resourceful, proactive, and results-driven
