Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle, understand it, build it, and later scale teams and processes on top of it.
• Be ready to start in the trenches, prospecting, doing Sales Ops, SDR, AE, and Customer Success all at once.
• Work hand-in-hand with the CEO, shaping our go-to-market strategy and driving business growth.
• Set the standard, you’ll become the sales referent for the entire company.
• Build and execute a full end-to‑end sales cycle, from outbound to close.
