Job Description

Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the kitchen design, furniture manufacturing or interior fittings industry. Must have a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Proficiency in using CRM software such as Zoho and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong knowledge of interior design concepts, products, and trends.

Conduct research to prospect and generate leads.


Identify and pursue potential clients through networking and referrals.


Conduct needs assessment through market research and present tailored interior design and fittings solutions to clients. 


Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.


Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeated business and referrals.


Understand clients’ needs, prepare proposals, quotations, and estimates for projects, negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring optimal pricing and margin.


Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets, while contributing to the company’s overall revenue growth.


Prepare a monthly sales activities report for management review and decision.
