We are hiring a high-performing Sales Executive to own outbound sales and close new B2B clients across Canada and the U.S.
You will be representing an AI-powered technology company offering tools and services that help businesses automate outreach, fill roles faster, and scale hiring pipelines. This is a client-facing, quota-carrying role — built for closers.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full outbound sales cycle from prospecting to closed contract
- Book and run discovery/demo calls with HR leaders, founders, tech leaders, Sales managers, COOs, and hiring managers
- Identify and engage with ideal clients across Canada and the U.S.
- Build and maintain a personal pipeline
- Collaborate with leadership to optimize messaging and targeting
- Clearly articulate value propositions tied to real business outcomes
Performance Expectations
- Weekly: 10+ qualified demos/discovery calls with ICP prospects
- Monthly : Close 10 new business contracts
- Ongoing: Maintain CRM accuracy and performance reporting
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3+ years in B2B outbound sales , preferably in SaaS, HRTech, or staffing services
- Proven success closing deals remotely with C-level or HR decision-makers
- Experience selling into the Canadian/U.S. markets
- Exceptional communication, discovery, and objection-handling skills
- Highly self-directed and outcome-driven — you don’t wait for leads, you generate them
- Familiarity with CRMs, cold outreach tools, and demo workflows
